There is no secret to superior taste. It starts with the highest caliber of ingredients, and whenever possible, The Mixing Bowl uses just that. The likes of Valrhona cocoa, Callebaut chocolates and Fancy Vietnamese cinnamon are standard fare in our baked goods, not saved for the special order. Choosing the best allows us to maintain a high quality, while remaining preservative free.

We understand the value in shopping locally and organic first, giving back to our local economy. All of our dairy is delivered fresh from Morning Fresh Farms, Rodelle vanilla products from Custom Blending, our own blends of coffee roasted fresh by Café Richesse, quality made here in Northern Colorado. The Mixing Bowl also supports the local CSA’s and buys their products whenever possible.
